THE EFFECT OF COMPETENCY AND COMMITMENT TO LECTURER RESEARCH PERFORMANCE IN HIGH SCHOOL OF ADMINISTRATION SCIENCE (STIA) TABALONG

چکیده
Penulisan ini berangkat dari suatu kerangka teori, gagasan para ahli, ataupun pemahaman peneliti berdasarkan pengalamannya, kemudian dikembangkan menjadi permasalahan – beserta pemecahan pemecahannnya yang diajukan untuk memperoleh pembenaran (verivikasi) dalam bentuk dukungan data emperis di lapangan. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja Dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi (STIA) Tabalong, Metode digunakan penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 42, sampel 42 orang dan teknik analisis instrument uji validitas, reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel secara Persial Simultan berpengaruh terhadap Tabalong dominan Kompetensi, Determinasi adjusted (R2) 0,440 atau 44%, hal besarnya kontribusi diberikan seluruh bebas terikatnya.
